Rovango Studio I/S builds commercial apps and games. These services are provided by Rovango Studio I/S (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and are intended for use as is.

Respecting our players’ privacy is important to us. This policy describes how we handle data in our games and apps, including Sommad, Skill Point and our mobile apps.

Skill Point

Skill Point accesses limited user information from the Meta platform to enable core features such as leaderboards:

• User ID: used to identify players within a game session and associate scores with leaderboards.
• User Profile: the Oculus username and profile photo used to display names and avatars on the leaderboard.

This data is accessed through Meta’s platform APIs and is not stored, transmitted or collected by Rovango Studio I/S outside the runtime environment. The data remains within the Meta ecosystem and is handled according to Meta’s data policies.

Rovango Studio does not collect, retain or share personally identifiable information outside the Meta platform.

Data deletion requests

Because we do not store user data independently, there is no local data for us to delete. For questions or assistance concerning data associated with Meta services, contact hello@rovangostudio.com.

Sommad: Impossible Spaces

Sommad accesses limited user information from the Meta platform to support leaderboards:

• User ID: used to identify players within a game session and associate scores with leaderboards.
• User Profile: the Oculus username and profile photo used to display names and avatars on the leaderboard.

This data is accessed through Meta’s platform APIs and is not stored, transmitted or collected by Rovango Studio I/S outside the runtime environment. The data remains within the Meta ecosystem.

General

Rovango Studio does not directly collect data from our apps and games. We rely on data provided through the platforms on which our games are available. Their privacy policies are available here:

Support requests

When you give us information

If you ask us for support, we may request your username on the platform where you obtained the game. We use that information only for the relevant support request.

Communicating with you

If you provide your email address, we use it only for the reason you provided it, such as responding to a support request. We do not use your email address or other data for marketing.

Children under 16

We never knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

Removing your data

Because we do not collect data from our games, we cannot remove platform data by request. Please consult the privacy policy for the platform or service from which you obtained the game. If you need guidance, contact us at hello@rovangostudio.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
